Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. During holidays, product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Koleti Blends is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Koleti Blends is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
